Paul's kitchen might have only been open for a short time, but our roots go back many years.
Owned and managed by award winning chef Paul Day, Paul’s kitchen started as an extension of our other business, Paul’s the catering company which had already been running for four years. With the success of the catering business, we needed somewhere a little bigger to prepare food and host wedding and business customers for tastings. But once we were in the building, it was obvious this was a great opportunity to offer our own unique style of food to the general public.
Paul's Kitchen offers a selection of wholesome meals, made only with the freshest local ingredients. In our quirky, rustic dining room, you’ll find just the right atmosphere to enjoy your meal. Think country farmhouse, but right here in the town.
If you just fancy a quick drink, we have a fully licensed bar serving the finest beers, wines and spirits. If you’re the designated driver, you can treat yourself to some premium Illy coffee or for the kid in all of us, milkshakes!
Between our full-time in-house staff, we have over 50 years experience in the food, service and catering industry. We only work with experienced fully trained staff who will deliver excellence in the kitchen, behind the bar and of course, to your table.
Where possible, Paul's always tries to use local suppliers, produce and brands in an effort to keep things fresh, unique and support our local community.
We strive to always offer a warm, friendly and welcoming environment for all customers both in the local area and further afield. Whether you join us once a day or once a year, we hope every experience is one of a kind.
